Within the Business Objective section, there are several drop down menus designed to guide you through building your business objective. Below, we explain each of them in more detail:
Growth Option: We believe all business should be driving growth. Here, can you pick from relevant metrics that can be used to achieve growth: Donations, Margins, Orders, Profitability, Retention, Revenue, Sales, Satisfaction, Sign-ups, Users, or Visitors. Looking for a growth option that isn’t in the picklist? Feel free to submit a suggestion to our here.
These growth goals should also be quantitative, so you will be prompted to enter a percentage growth goal and actual target in the next two fields.
Company: This should be filled in with the name of your company or business. If you have multiple brands or categories in your business, fill in the one you want this Initiative to focus on.
Date: The best initiatives are time specific, so we recommend setting a time-specific target using the date picker.
Personas: Select the Persona(s) that should be targeted with this Initiative.
Primary Motivations: Select the most relevant driver for your audience to take action. This list is populated by our recommendation engine and as you add to it, new options will appear here.
Intended Actions: Select the most important action that you want your audience to take. This list is populated by our recommendation engine and as you add to it, new options will appear here.
Category: Enter the product or service category in which you compete.
Competitors: Select the Competitors most relevant for this Initiative.
